Data theft can be minimized with password protected documentation, does the college have any policy?
The College has a clear and easy Password Policy to restrain any data theft. The staff must get a password directly from the IT Office and not share it with anyone else. It is a personal property discussed amidst the person and IT officials. Without consultation with the IT Office, none member of the staff is allowed to change it. It is important to note that the IT Office keeps a track of workstation and Hermes password only.
