Is the college managing their records of previous years?
Like everything else, the College has a corporate responsibility in the maintenance of records, hence have Records Management Policy. Over the mismanagement of the information and misplacement of the records, the college officers are held responsible. Therefore they must adhere to the policy and make sure to keep close tabs regarding the record management. Managers and department heads should be aware of their records and maintain them throughout.
