There are many files and folders so how the College distinguishes them?
The College has File Naming and Version Control policy regarding the documents. All the information is saved in the shared drives only! By structuring the folders and giving standard names to the files, it becomes easy to locate them. Each department has a dedicated shared folder and the staff is required to manage the data through that only. It is vital to give a succinct and meaningful name the folders while avoiding any acronyms.
